Island Song follows a year in the lives of five New Yorkers and the loose connections that bring them into each others' lives at pivotal moments. Driven by its kinetic and eclectic score featuring 5 MAC-nominated songs, Island Song captures every urbanite's triumphs, disappointments, and ever-tested perspective.

• Multiple workshops and readings between 2011 and 2014 at Princeton University, Western Carolina University, Le Poisson Rouge in NYC.
  
  
• Workshop production directed and choreographed by Marlo at The Bloomington Playwrights Project in January 2014.
  
  
• World Premiere production directed and choreographed by Marlo at The Adirondack Theatre Festival in June 2016.

Since its premiere (and even before!), Island Song has been performed on multiple continents and in various formats (the team has created a 15 actor version of the show more appealing for high-school and college productions). Productions have included:

• A concert presentation in Tokyo in December 2012
  
  
• A concert presentation in Paris at the Comedie Nation and le Carre Parisien in March 2015.
  
  
• A 15 person actor-musician production by Rose Bruford College in London at The Stratford Circus Arts Center in March 2017.
